1. What We Do Not Collect
Vouchr’s Store Builder is designed to respect your privacy. We do not require you to create an account, nor do we collect your name, email address, phone number, or any other personal identifier. No data is ever transmitted to our servers. There is no backend – the entire tool runs locally in your browser.

2. Local Storage & Offline‑First Design
All store data – including your store name, reward description, opening time, GPS coordinates, and your Ed25519 private key – is stored exclusively in your browser’s localStorage. The QR code you generate is encoded on your device; no copy of your private key or store data is ever sent to the internet. The tool works offline after the first visit.

3. Location & Geofencing
If you choose to provide your store’s GPS coordinates (by typing them manually or clicking the “Locate” button), those coordinates are stored only in your browser’s localStorage. They are then embedded in the QR payload so that customers can receive nearby alerts. If you choose to use this feature, you agree to these conditions.

4. Store‑Owned Rewards – Our Role
Vouchr is a neutral tool. As a store owner, you set your own reward description (e.g., “Free coffee after 8 stamps”) and decide what reward to give. We do not enforce, guarantee, or mediate reward redemption. Any dispute regarding a reward is strictly between you and your customer. By using Vouchr Store Builder, you acknowledge that we are not responsible for the fulfilment of any reward.

5. Third‑Party Services
Vouchr Store Builder loads external resources (Bootstrap, Bootstrap Icons, and the QR generation library) from CDNs. These requests are standard for web applications and do not involve any data exchange beyond loading the necessary files. We do not use any analytics or advertising services.

6. Data Retention & Deletion
Because all data is stored locally in your browser, you can delete it at any time by clearing your browser’s localStorage (via browser settings or developer tools). We have no access to your data and cannot retrieve it on your behalf.

7. California Privacy Rights (CCPA)
Because we collect no personal information, there is no data to delete, disclose, or sell. If you are a California resident, you can be confident that no sale or sharing of personal information occurs.
