Full Policy

1. Service is Free
The Service is provided completely free of charge. No activation fees, subscription fees, or any other payments are required.

2. No Data Collection
Vouchr’s Store Builder does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data. There is no backend server, no analytics, and no tracking. All information you enter (store name, reward description, GPS coordinates, and your private key) remains exclusively on your device in your browser's localStorage. We have no access to your data and cannot retrieve it on your behalf.

3. Offline-First & Local Storage
The Service runs entirely in your browser. All store data – including your store name, reward description, opening time, GPS coordinates, and your private key – is stored locally in your browser's localStorage. The Service is designed to work offline after the first visit; however, we are not liable for any loss of data due to browser settings, clearing cache, or device failure.

4. User Responsibilities
Rewards: You are solely responsible for the rewards you offer (e.g., “Free coffee after 8 stamps”). We do not enforce, guarantee, or mediate reward redemption. Any dispute regarding a reward is strictly between you and your customer.
Content: You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of any store name, reward description, or other information you enter.
Location: If you choose to include GPS coordinates, you are responsible for ensuring you have the right to share that location and that it is accurate.

5. Intellectual Property
All code, design, and content of the Service are owned by PocketEngine Studio LLC. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute the Service without permission. The QR codes you generate and the store data you enter remain your property.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the QR codes will always be scannable, or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error‑free. Because the Service runs locally in your browser, we make no uptime guarantees.

7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PocketEngine Studio LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of business, revenue, or goodwill. We are not liable for any issues arising from third‑party QR scanners or the customer's device.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in the United States, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Each Party shall bear its own costs and fees.

9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

10. Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and PocketEngine Studio LLC regarding the use of the Service. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
Agreement: This Agreement ("Terms") governs the use of the Vouchr Store Builder ("Service") provided by PocketEngine Studio LLC ("Vouchr," "we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using the Service, you ("User," "Store Owner") agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
